Hannah, Amy, Wietske en Tina organiseren een last minute benefiet buffet ten voordele van vluchtelingen in Duinkerke.

Uitgebreid Buffet met huisgemaakte lekkernijen voor maar 10 euro! 

Van de winst kopen ze nuttige spullen voor de mensen in het vluchtelingenkamp in Duinkerke.

Het Bos fungeert deze avond als inzamelpunt om materiaal binnen te brengen.

Hierbij een OPROEP voor winterkleren en broeken, sneakers en boots, pampers/maandverbanden/vochtige doekjes, slaapzakken/dekens, tenten, regenjassen, ...

Het idee is ontstaan na een bezoek aan het kamp in Duinkerke met  http://solidarityforall.org/.

Poppenspeler, dichter, saxofonist en allround brulboeiTed Milton komt op bezoek met zijn dadaïstischepsychedelische punk funk band Blurt. Milton en de zijnenzetten zalen in lichterlaaie sinds 1980.

Jazz voor gevorderden, uit de Grote Appel. Drummer Andrew Barker, saxofonist Michael Foster en bassist Tim Dahl behoren tot de meest verrassende muzikantenvan de New Yorkse improv-scene. Hun adresboek wordtbevolkt door vuig volk als John Zorn, Han Bennink, Thurston Moore, Eugene Chadbourne, Marc Ribot, Chris Corsano en vele anderen.

"Andrew Barker is a drummer and composer living in Brooklyn, NY and is an integral part of the NYC free jazz and improvisation scene.  Barker is co-founder of the free jazz and improvised music ensemble Gold Sparkle Band from Atlanta, Georgia in 1994 to present.  After moving to Brooklyn, NY in 1998, Barker studied with master drummers such as Warren Smith, Andrew Cyrille, and Randy Peterson & has performed with and appeared on many recordings with Daniel Carter, Virginia Genta, Thurston Moore, John Zorn and Marshall Allen.

Barker also leads the psychedelic free jazz trio Acid Birds (with Jaime Fennelly of Mind Over Mirrors)

Michael Foster is a Brooklyn based saxophonist, improvisor, and multi-instrumentalist. Michael has maintained an active gig and touring schedule, playing with Weasel Walter, Steve Swell, Pascal Niggenkemper, Psychic TV, Chris Corsano, Spiritualized, Kid Millions, Nate Wooley, Sean Ali, Han Bennink, Marina Rosenfeld, and many others.

Tim Dahl is an electric and double bass player, vocalist, keyboardist, and composer living in New York City. He is best known as the bass player and co-composer of the noise-rock band Child Abuse and the defunct avant-jazz group The Hub. He has toured extensively throughout North America, Europe and Japan with both groups. Tim has also performed with many notable musicians, composers and performers including Yusef Lateef, Archie Shepp, Eugene Chadbourne, John Zorn, Marc Ribot, Brian Chase, Weasel Walter and No Wave icon Lydia Lunch."
