Van 6-8 februari vindt in Het Bos SCREENSHAKE 2015 plaats,
"het enige indie game festival van België"

Screenshake (voordien: Free To Play Expo) wordt voor het derde jaar op rij georganiseerd door Antwerps indie game collectief The House of Indie, ditmaal op een nieuwe lokatie (Het Bos) en volgens een nieuwe formule (een festival van drie dagen).

Op het programma staan ondermeer een game-expo met installaties en een zorgvuldig gecureerde selectie aan indie games, inspirerende talks van een dozijn nationale en internationale developers, schrijvers, journalisten en academici, workshops, documentairevertoningen, een game art expo, een showcase van Belgische ontwikkelaars, interactieve performances, een avond live gecodeerde muziek oftewel een Algorave en een feestje met dj's uit de indie game gemeenschap.

The House of Indie organiseerde een crowdfunding campagne om de kosten van het festival te helpen dragen door de indie game gemeenschap zelf. Drie weken na de lancering van de campagne stond de teller al op 100%.

HALIC (be)

She is studying for a PhD in Live Computer Music at Durham University with a focus on collaboration in Network Music."

SECTION_9 (vk)
"Section_9 is Ash Sagar from the Leeds/York area, who has a hand in most artforms going. He generally live codes with IXI Lang, producing live progressive (and recursive) house"
